Rangpur lime are native to NorthWest India and a popular ingredient in South East Asia. Also known as the Kona lime in Hawaii, Rangpur limes are commonly used for marmalades. They pair well with meats and seafood, and their acidic juice add a great flavor to hollandaise sauce, ceviche, guacamole.  Ranpur limes are also a great addition to cocktails.
